Apartment for a family of three: he, she and gorgeous corgi :)
Minimalistic design, a mix of light and dark textures, accent green color - all these wishes from the brief can be seen in the largest space of the apartment - the kitchen and living room.
The dining area is located in the living room. Also, clients are not afraid of open shelves, so the interior can be diversified with various decor.
In the kitchen, we used a mix of natural textures: wood and marble, as well as dark accents in the facades.
Workplace in the kitchen? One of the clients’ requirements was to make 2 separate workplaces in the apartment for comfortable meetings. The second workplace is in the bedroom. And working next to a wine cooler is not so bad;)
In this project, we used a cooker with a built-in hood.
The entrance to the apartment is visually separated into a box; it is a kind of "dirty" entrance area.
The color palette of the bedroom is more monochrome.
A workplace is located behind a matte partition to physically separate the resting area from the work area.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The first is light and soft. We used several textures of white tiles, natural wood for the washbasin and dark accents in furniture and bathroom plumbing.
The design of the kid’s room is not tied to a specific gender of the unborn child, which makes it universal for the future person.
The layout of the children's room is suitable for toddlers up to primary school age.
The second bathroom differs in both design and furnishings. There is a spacious shower room and dark furniture and plumbing.
We marked the shower area in a wooden box using tiles with the appropriate texture.
